Launch day 

Today we launched our new theme Road Trip.  As part of the afternoon children created a short video of them preparing for a trip to a country in North America.  Click here to take a look at these videos.  Spring 1 Launch

Spring 1 Road Trip

This half term we will be learning about North and South America and comparing lifestyles between some countries.  We will be reading Holes by Louis Sachar and creating writing based around the book.  Please take a look at our Curriculum Letter to see how you can support your child at home.  Thanks Miss Johal

Autumn 2

Historical Navigators

This half term we will be learning about the key facts about the history of Leeds; in particular we will be learning about the opening of the town hall.  We will be learning about Windrush and the impact it had on Leeds.  Please take a look at our Curriculum Letter to see how you can support your child at home.

Celebration Day

Today we created sea sculptures using a range of materials.  

1.10.24

Today we went on a class trip to The Deep.  We took part in a workshop and learned many facts about coral.  We then went and explored The Deep; we saw lots of amazing sea creatures.  We had a great day out! 

Autumn 1

This half term our theme is Home Sweet Habitat.  We will be thinking about biomes and world habitats.  We will be going on a visit to The Deep which we are very excited about!  We will be thinking about life cycles and will be comparing different life cycles.  

PE will be on Mondays and children will  go swimming every Thursday afternoon please send your child into school in their PE kits on these days.
